SARA BROSS

Director of Production Services

 

Sara oversees all the Production Department’s creative and support tasks, insuring Enliven’s customers receive the top notch service they expect.  She also works as a liaison between Enliven’s clients, hotel staff and hotel audiovisual companies to assure clients’ needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. Clients appreciate how organized she is and how she focuses on making their experience the best experience. Working with outside vendors can be challenging, but Sara is great at adapting to any situation and puts her multitasking skills to good use, coordinating all the details of an event from start to finish. She covers equipment coordination, staffing issues, show flow and billing. 

Sara has spent the last decade working for several large-scale organizations in Phoenix as a professional marketing and event planner. Her job responsibilities have included pre-event planning, budget management, contract negotiations as well as coordinating event logistics and details. She was an integral part of planning programs of all sizes, including corporate incentive meetings and trade shows. 

Her professional strengths include strong communication, leadership and project management skills along with the ability to work well with others. Whether it is outside vendors, suppliers, coworkers or clients, she takes pride in knowing she is able to help all parties meet their objectives.

In 2002, Sara earned a Bachelor of Science in hospitality and management from Grand Valley State University in Grand Rapids, Mich.

Sara enjoys working in the fast-paced event production industry, where no two days are ever the same.
