Pete Meola knows the ins and outs of the meeting and event planning business. After all, he has been involved in nearly every aspect of it for the past 30 years. From the sales and customer service departments to operations, project management and technical coordination, Pete knows how this business runs and what it takes to make sure the client is satisfied.
At Enliven, Pete is responsible for all warehouse operations including organization, facility maintenance and inventory control. He coordinates the care upkeep and labeling of all inventory. He also supervises the warehouse crew and facilitates all incoming and outgoing projects. Pete is integral to a smooth-running operation and for that, he feels a great sense of responsibility and pride.
In Pete’s position, being organized is key and remaining calm during high-stress situations helps, too. He knows the execution of a timely and detailed show prep leads to efficient installs, which ultimately results in client satisfaction and repeat business.
Throughout his tenure, Pete has seen incredible and exciting technological changes. He has been a part of programs at many highly rated hotels across the Valley including the Hyatt Gainey Ranch and the Camelback Inn, various Wyndam, Sommerset and Doubletree properties. Pete has also had the pleasure of working with great clients including Fiesta Bowl, GlaxoSmithKlein, Novartis, Merck and Zillow.
