Living in Phoenix long enough to almost be considered an Arizona native, Mark jokes that while growing up in Texas, it really did take a rocket scientist to change a light bulb in his house — his father worked for NASA’s manned spacecraft center. Fortunately, the proverbial apple didn’t fall far from the tree, since Mark’s technical acumen has served Enliven Production Group well since joining the company in 2007.
Mark has had ample opportunity throughout his career to apply his engineering talents. Prior to his arrival, our resident “staff scientist” ran a factory authorized service department, worked as a chief engineer at a prestigious production company, and was the main hotel division project manager in two different AV companies. He also spent eight years honing his production skills as a freelance video engineer specializing in large-scale widescreen and multi-screen events for both domestic and international companies.
Behind the scenes, Mark tracks the company’s extensive technical inventory, manages our IT infrastructure, supervises on-site production teams and leads the scenic and fabrication department in the development of sets, stages, digital signage, information kiosks, charging stations and interactive displays.
