When creating a slide presentation that will be webcast, please consider the following format recommendations:

  1. Use a computer friendly font such as Arial, Calibri, Courier, Tahoma, etc. This will ensure that your fonts and format do not get changed when converting to the webcast system.
  2. Please make sure the font size is at least 10 point or larger so that in smaller slide windows, text is still readable.
  3. When using graphs and images, it is recommended that you insert an image (jpg or png file) into the slide directly.
  4. Most readable background colors are white, blues and greens.
  5. Finally, animations and builds will transfer to the VW4 system, but will happen automatically every second. If that is not consistent with the presentation content, then builds should be on independent slides.
