Denise McElfisH

Vice President Administration

 

While the production team is on the road for yet another event, Denise McElfish holds down the fort taking care of business. She is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations at Enliven Production Group where she manages the company’s accounting operations and human resources. Her attention to detail and ability to build strong relationships with employees, clients and vendors is a big contributor to the company’s success.  

Before joining the Enliven team full time 10 years ago, Denise spent nearly 12 years in the hotel industry. She worked for large organizations in Arizona and Southern California including the Boulders Resort and Golden Door Spa, The Ritz-Carlton and the Hilton Corporation. In the hotel business, Denise learned valuable skills applicable to the event planning and production business including multi-tasking, flexibility, organization and effective communication. 

At Enliven, Denise strives to develop a positive and professional work environment where everyone’s best skills are emphasized. Her own strong people skills and a knack for blending different personalities are a big contributor to building the strongest team possible, which is essential in an event production company. Denise works diligently to build an encouraging working environment and considers the employees at Enliven to be her extended family. 

Denise is married and has two daughters, ages 8 and 11. She loves being outside and the family — including their dog, Jack — spends as much time camping, fishing and boating as possible. Denise devoted more than six years to coaching gymnastics and now enjoys watching her daughters participate in local and regional gymnastics competitions.
